So...
As mentioned a few threads earlier, I was promoted to Trainer. But I didn't actually get a chance to DO anything as my desk was understaffed.
Well, for the past two weeks, I've been working like a madwoman in my Trainer's capacity
I have to create an entire training curriculum from scratch, and I've managed to get the induction and fundamental segments done. Now I'm working on the basic training, pre-nesting and nesting segments. My brain is completely worn out

Good Luck with that. Definately not something I could do, I have trouble breaking things I do instinctually down for someone who is clueless. I am trying to write a procedures manual for my job currently, and I can't figue any way to do it other than painfully documenting every single step of what I do.
