Had to share with someone!!

My company awards it's highest selling, best compliance percentage Managers a trip to Mexico every year....
I WON I WON I WON!!

No, no, no, I mean I EARNED it. LOL

Just had to share. Been with this company for 12 years, I'm stoked!

My only regret is there's no secondary award for my staff. They do get paid by the hour, whereas, I'm on salary so I don't earn those extra bucks for overtime. But, I still feel guilty mooning over the trip in front of them.

Not sure of your industry, but for your staff do you have any sort of "Discretionary Budget" you could use to maybe buy pizza for 'em or something else relatively small?

The staff do get the chance to win prizes on a monthly basis thru our Mystery Shop program. Of course those results are part of the criteria for the Mexico trip.

I think a Pizza Party is a wonderful idea. It's actually something I could afford to do for them myself.
