I got a job offer from a manufacturing company to be a CAD programmer. I would make a little bit more an hour than I do now, it's full time, steady hours, AND HARDLY ANY WEEKENDS!!!

My first day at my new job will be February 5th. I'm counting down the days!

Yesterday was my last day at the big paper fastener. It was a little emotional but all went well. I shook everyone's hand and told them it was a pleasure working with them. My boss even told me that if the job fell though, just give him a call back and i'm back on the schedule.

yep.. first week on the job went well. Basically learn the program and play with it. Then basically watch and see the other departments and follow a job from basically from when it enters your department to when it is ready to leave the door.
