    Go me! I get to join the 100% club!

    Ok, everybody knows about secret shoppers and how business usually gauge the quality of their staff based on them. Well, our scores came back today and I got 100%! We have an unofficial club at our branch for the people who get 100% on their shops. I'm so excited. I've never been shopped before, plus I'm pretty new so I totally wasn't expecting this!
    Suddenly, Vermont became the epicenter of the dystopia.

    I used to do those shops, back in my incarnation of a SAHM back east. I think some of the criteria they ask for is very silly and I used to try and be very objective about what I reported.

      Yeah it is! We also get the competitor's reports as well and you should see how horrid those can be! One bank got a 25% one time! I was thinking, "How in the world do you only get 25% on this thing!" One of my co-workers used to work for that particular offending bank and is much happier to be with us. Not only does he get paid more, but he does less than he used to at the other bank.
