but I'm just so happy to make a client happy. Sent an email response to me saying I'm "ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!" Just like that: bold, italic, underlined, capitalized. It makes it worthwhile when you have great customers who appreciate you.

"Is it hot in here to you? It's very warm, isn't it?"--Nero, probably
