Now, if a guest asks us if we are the hotel we are to be honest and tell them we are in a shared business office that many of our properties in that area share (which is true) and then if they push where that is be truthful and tell them where you are. Well, I have learned how to take advantage of that and make the guest think we are in town still, my favorite for Manhattan is telling them that our office is on the jersey side of the river (hey, utah is on the jersey side )... in san diego i tell people we are kinda north of town off the 15 (once again, true)... i'm still working on how to bullshit minneapolis and detroit though (any suggestions?)

For Minneapolis- South of I-94 on the west side.

Detroit- Same description would work, as I-94 also runs thru there. Or use west of I-75.
