Perfect Secret Shop!!!

I just got back from vacation Thursday and found out that a few days before my vaca I got shopped!!! I got a perfect 100% and $100 because of it!!! My boss was smiling from ear to ear when I got back to work.

I was excited about my score too, but I still think these secret shops are a waste of time.

Congrats! That is great! Very few places manage that.

BTW I did secret shops for 8 years. It is a real eye opener! Most of the time I was really fair but there were a few places so assclownery and problematic they could have been perfect and I would have gigged them for the manager complaining to the marketing company that I must have clearly had PMS that day.
