Well, as some of you know, I recently relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, and have been looking for a job for just over a week. Well, at the end of last week, a company that does event planning/marketing for non-for-profit organizations called me to set up an interview. I went to the interview yesterday, and last night they called me back for a second round interview. So I went today for that, and, not only got my second round, but my third round as well
And got the job!
I'll be starting this amazing job tomorrow morning at 7:45 am, but am meeting with my trainer at 7:30am. This is going to be fun for me, the night owl, but it's OK. This is actually a management training program. I will start with being a field rep, selling things for the NFP's, on commission (easy enough), making $300-$500 a week. Within 2-4 weeks, I'll be moved up to a Team Leader, making $550-$700 a week. Then, within 4-6 months of being hired, if not sooner, I can make it to assistant manager, meaning I'd be on a salary of $900-$1200 a week. Then, the final step. In less than a year from tomorrow, I can be manager. First year managers at this company make $75k.
Nope, I'm not excited at all hehehehe
*bounces around the room* I'm so fricking happy!!!!!!!!
