Nice letter from a regular customer

H is a sweet elderly lady that comes in 2-3 times a week to make copies and work on her geneaology research. She wrote an awesome compliment letter to the DM about me and P (one of the cashiers).
"Cyan performs exeedingly well and expeditiously, reflecting the highest level of professionalism..." etc... At the end H writes, "It would be appreciated if you would..... personally commend Cyan and P...."

Knowing my DM I'll likely just get a form letter back saying things to the effect that "your valued customer service skills are an asset to the company." Not that there's anything wrong with that, DM is too busy farting around with corporate, but damn it made my day for H to hand deliver me a copy of her letter

i love when customers just say thank you like that. I recell getting a letter at work from a customer that i had helped about 3 months back and it finally arrived. I had alost forgotten about bthem but then managment read the letter alloud at the next morning meeting
