Job interview and possible escape from call center hell

Looks like I got a job interview on Thursday for a NOC position. It looks like my Cisco certifications are now paying off. If I get this position I can finally escape from call center hell.

Almost got it. I got some feedback after the interview. They said that they really liked me and the person interviewing me told me that I could do the job too. Then they also said they chose someone who has actual experience. I had everything they were looking for except hands on experience with actual networking equipment in a production environment. All of my experience is with actual equipment but in a lab environment. I did have actual experience in everything else they did though.
