Hi all, I'm pretty new here and i thought this might be a good place to introduce myself. My personal brag goes as such, one night i had been up drinking with my then gf all night, as in i watch the sunrise all night. I call my boss about an hour before i have to go into work, I was at a car wash at the time, and tell him I can't come in today because I was still drunk and should not be driving my own car let alone someone else's 60k lexus, or 100k bently (yes i got to drive that sweet piece of machinery). He tells me that he will see me tomorrow. Well I make the most of my unscheduled day off and go to work the next day. Boss pulls me aside and tells me "I want you to start dressing better because i'm going to make you the front end supervisor".

I got promoted for calling in drunk.
