Last year's 2007 year end review was horrible for me, no raise, while friends that work there that barely do their jobs got minute raises (I'm still not sure which was worse, my nothing or their minuscule raises, I'm seriouslt talking pennies).
So this year I'm expecting nothing because I took a promotion right at the beginning of the year that gave me a HUGE pay increase.
Time came for my year end review for last year (2008), I would have gotten something like 42 or 44 cents. My promotion made me not eligible, but it was nice just to know I would have earned that.
Apparently tho, the computer system felt I'd earned it and now my checks are messed up..
