so i was moved to a new store last feburary, and was supposed to be training for the SBA position, which is pretty much the manager of cosmetics. i talked to my boss a couple weeks ago about why i haven't been given the position yet, and she said she feels i haven't proven myself yet. so i have been busting my butt trying to improve where she said i need improvment.
i did it! i got the position today! she said Friday during our 8 hour sale really did it. i am now the SBA at my store!!!! im so excited. i don't know if it means a pay raise, but if i do it couldn't come at a better time.
