HawaiianShirts is a daddy! Virtual bubble gum cigars for everybody (because smoke is bad for babies).

    October 29th, 8:30 AM.
    Baby boy.

Mrs. Shirts is doing fine, and so is the kid. We're all still a little bewildered by it all, but we're excited, too.

Now I just have to figure out what kind of screen name to give him in my stories... HawaiianOnesies, perhaps?

Yeah, I dressed up as a sleep-deprived new father for Halloween.

grats, and the thread is useless without pictures

YAY!! Congrats!! you'll be seeing the most ordinary things in a new way for a while. A new baby reminds you of the miracles snowfalls, flowers and butterflis (to name a few) are. they also remind you there IS good in the world no matter how hard it is to find it (something we people who deal with the public NEED reminding of).

      And yeah, pictures!!

              Attempting to Add Pictures...

Well, I couldn't figure out how to add pictures directly to the thread (too tired, maybe?), but I did manage to add a link to some pictures...

I also wanted to get a picture of the baby in a little Hawaiian shirt like the ones I wear. I have them, but I haven't had a chance to get that done yet. So stay tuned; more pictures are coming eventually!

To see what I have up now, use the link below. I tried to protect them with a password (by order of Mrs. Shirts), so the site may ask you one, and if it does, the password is the four-letter shortened name of this forum's founder and admin. These pictures are of HawaiianOnesies when he was about a day old, still in the hospital recovering from the ordeal of birth.
