Yesterday, I was covering in a register since it got a little busy and one of the checkers was on break. The light showed express on both sides since there was a problem with the light. A customer with a bunch of items wanted to know if it was OK to check out in that register. I told her it was. She was hesitant because of the light and I explained that I was actually a regular line and that there was a problem with the light. I got the light switched to regular by twisting the switch until the express part of the light went out.
