I now have training that will qualify me for a slight raise and allow me to advance up the ladder, but I see I came in to low on the totem pole and didn't reach other to some people I know with influence in bettering my situation sooner I KNOW I'm not a valued employee, as my boss was pretty much FORCED to allow me to advance. After being passed up (so far as to not even get a call they not interested) for stuff I was qualified for at head office, which is whole reason I went to work for major corporation as lowest thing you could be to get my foot in door.
That all leads up to me getting a text this morning a place that handles packages is hiring part time, they pay $3 hr more than what my max raise could be at work, my ex's father says I have a supervisor who willing to vouch for me.
At any rate it would be more physical, but maybe they treat employees better there and frankly I would get more free time and if it like other companies I know of they have somewhat consistent hours, maybe even closed holidays.
