  • Finished first Graphic Novel

Whee! I never finished a comic before, but just last night I put the final touches of "The Ides of March" and sent it to the printers (self-publishing).

Also nabbed a table at a small, local convention, so I have to get my next one finished by August.

    That is all.

EDIT: Duh! Forgot to mention anything about it for interested parties. It's an adaptation of a story by EW Hornung, featuring AJ Raffles and Bunny Manders, a pair of gentleman burglars. Ides is the first in a series of stories.

Bunny Manders is facing social and financial ruin. He turns to his old friend from school, cricketer and gentleman A.J. Raffles, for help. Raffles remembers Bunny's courage and loyalty from years ago, and hatches a plan to see if Bunny is still the man for him.

*headsmack* Sorry, I started the thread without mentioning anything about it.

Gentleman burglars. The first story in the Raffles series by EW Hornung. This one is how AJ Raffles and Bunny Manders team up to steal things.

I think so. They were supposed to be a criminal version of Holmes and Watson (Doyle being Hornung's brother in law and good friend), but his writing is more in line with Wodehouse. More funny than not.
