She started making noises about wanting our weekly email to be different: knowing that we couldn't let CEO run this project, I quickly went to our genius Web Design Girl, and we spent a few months streamlining and revamping the entire email--something that this company had never done before.
To put it bluntly: we freaking ROCKED IT. We took a 5-6 page email and, without losing any content, found a way to send it in 2 pages.
We sent out the first email with the new format last night. So far this morning, all of the response from our members has been positive. CEO just walked in to tell me that she got a call from someone who just wanted to let us know how much she liked the new format.
As far as CEO is concerned, Web Design Girl and I can do no wrong today.
