I made supervisor!! A whole new level of administration, paperwork, and keeping up with company rules and regs, BUT....
No more non-stop calls about the silliest, stupidest things. I get to make decisions on who gets money and who doesn't. And I get to take the escalated calls, because customers won't take "no" for an answer, and then say "NO"
