The cinema chain I work for is updating to digital projectors. Well the first batch of digaital servers are really quirky (ie cheap and nasty).
We recieverd the hard drive with the digital print of Step Up 3D. The server would not ingest (load) the print. So the help line was called, and detailed instructions were emailed about how to get round this.
Basicly they involved using explorer to located the print on the external hard drive and cutting and pasting the path onto the servers ingest page. Simple.
Except I managed to do it last night in about 2 minutes, while apparently chain cinemas up and down the country can't seem to do it. I've had a phone from the cinema asking me how I did it, and the helpline want to speak to me and ask me how I did it.

Hope you don't get sucked into trying to walk people through it, as it sounds like you have way more skill there than other people do.
