I Reset My First Password
Yesterday, I reset a password for one of my service desk coworkers so she wouldn't have to keep signing off. I had some trouble at first so I called the office person who showed me how to do it. It turned out that I had been doing it correctly on the computer but I had trouble when I got to the register part of it. Eventually it got straightened out and my service desk coworker put in her password for the number that she's supposed to use at the service desk.
