My district supervisor came into the store today to 'grade' my lab. It's a big list of comprehensive benchmarks; usually, it's designed to show where a lab is really hurting rather than boost anybody's ego.
I've been shown lab grading sheets for other labs before, usually before I got transferred to that lab to "clean it up". You know, 'C' and 'D' labs.
Today, my lab got the *first* and *only* 'A' grade that my supervisor has ever given out. I mean like almost perfect score.
Whee!
Now I'm wondering how the other lab manager that I trained did at her lab....
