I went to a Nickleback/Saliva show for my birthday a couple years back. My 21st b'day actually. It was super fun, my roomy and I both went in our vinyl dresses, and we had crappy seats because it was a last minute idea to go, but during the break between Saliva and Nickleback, some guys gave us seats in the 6th row on the aisle!! During the show, 3 of the guys from Nickleback went off stage and got fire extinguishers (the water kind) , and made a comment about a couple of girls in the audience who "are on FIRE!" and proceeded to douse us with the fire extinguishers. After the show one of the roadies came out to us and gave us each a playlist, and a set of autographed drumsticks for being good sports. Yep great 21st b'day, and there wasn't even any alcohol involved.

I'm going to their concert when they come here in August. I bought my friend really good tickets for her birthday and now she wants me to go with her!!! Yay for me!!! lol Let us know how it turns out.

I saw them about 3 years ago - they were here with Three Days Grace and Trapt - excellent show! Nickelback also had awesome pyrotechnics!

Great great great concert!!

They came with 3 Days Grace, Hinder, and Hoobastank. All three bands put on a very good show. And the pyro. were awesome for Nickleback at this show as well. The mixed up the songs really well and had some really cool side things. An amazing drum solo for one! And a really nice dedication to Dimebag. (Did I spell that name right, I am just arriving on the heavier rock scene, so if I didn't spell it right I mean no disrespect.)

Nickleback is going to be playing the Chip (Buffalo Chip Campground) during the Sturgis Rally with Gin Blossoms and god knows who else, Kid Rock maybe.

I've seen Nickelback 3 times so far...and the 4th is going to be coming up next month. I'm going to Vegas on August 19th, and that night, Nickelback is going to be at Mandalay Bay's Events Center with Hoobastank, Chevelle, and Hinder. The boyfriend and I are going to it (and we're going to Vegas for a week!)

Bummer

Very unfortunate story on the CBC this morning about the lead singer's arrest for driving while intoxicated.

I do like the band; hopefully I'll have an opportunity to see them live at some point.
