Well, I was before, but more or less freelance (mainly unemployed). I now have a full time position as the lead graphic designer for a plumbing company! I thought I was coming in for a 3rd interview today, but it was basically just me filling out paperwork so they could officially hire me!
The job seems to have a bit of everything, print design, some illustration (technical stuff, but still), photography. It sounds pretty great! especially since I haven't had any real office environment experience, which is part of the reason I've had such a difficult time finding work in my field. This will put my career ahead by leaps and bounds!
I'm pretty psyched, and a bit nervous, I start on Monday!
