I am quitting my retail job (going on academic leave and hopefully never returning). I am also quitting my job as an ambulette driver because I was offered a full time EMT job for 50 cents more than the EMT position at my current position so it's a 1.50 raise for me plus about 12 more hours.
I am excited! I still have school but I'll work on that. I may not be able to do my fire II in the fall but I'll get to do it in the spring at the latest.
My retail job really burnt me out with the amount of work they expected us to do. They cut out an entire team of 10 or so people along with 2 to 3 day people. That was down from the amount of people they had working when they originally opened.
