Just got woken up by my RM asking me to come in for a chat. Worried the whole time with what I had done wrong (only been at this restaurant a month).
Turns out I’ve done good. They just had a bunch of resignations from the Café in one of the other stores and my RM had recommended me to go learn Café. I am stoked, have been wanting to learn café since I started (15 months and 3 stores ago).
Also due to how the store is laid out it means they will be pushing my through my trainer program (started it ages ago but moved stores and needed to get things signed off ect).
All I can say is I am very happy right now.
