I finally got to put in my two weeks the other day and wow did it feel good!
Shortly after my manager threatened to fire me for no reason whatsoever, I started looking for new jobs. Of course Monster and Careerbuilder are useless, so I went onto Craigs List and started responding to postings in any city I could find.
I'm going to be an applications developer for a web design and development business. While I no longer have to wear a humiliating uniform and stand behind a counter all day, I imagine I will still be working with my employer's customers, so I'll still be hanging around CS!
Lator.
