In one of my clinicals this semester, I'm assigned a nurse to do all of my shifts with. We'll end up spending 156 hours together so we know each other fairly well. I'm halfway through my hours right now and the graduate nurse position just opened up at her facility. My nurse told me I should apply and select ICU (her department) as my preference because I would be a good coworker.

It's not my first choice of hospitals, but I wouldn't turn it down. I think my order of preference is Sexy Central Downtown Hospitals, Hospital I Have Clinicals At, Outlying Hospitals.Comment
