My co-manager is a writer. Specifically, a comic book writer. He's self-published (no major imprint wanted to touch a comic with blatant, if story-relevant, male nudity and be restricted in how and where they can sell it), but good enough to write for the Big Guys. His self-published story is complex, interesting, ties into Russian mythology, and is generally a dark and twisted book.
And he did it. In May, he'll be published in an anthology (published by the Dizzy Comics Imprint). I'm so proud of him! He really is a great writer, and he deserves this.
