I am convinced that food sensitivities are the work of the devil! I know more than one celiac, one poor kid that is allergic to everything corn, and at least 3 people with solanaceae [nightshades - eggplant, tomato, potato, peppers] and many people do not realize how many people are sensitive or allergic to mushrooms/funguses and palm/coconut/tropical products. And how frequently all these items can be in foods and hidden under 'natural flavors'.
I am so glad that we live in a time where we can access nonlocal ingredients! I just wish I could get injera premade instead of having to make it ;\
