For SEVEN years, I had to remind the nurse every 6 months at my Paps that I was on Depo Provera, and that I did not get a monthly menstrual period. In my file, they kept "forgetting" that I was on the shot. Despite every 12 weeks, coming in for one.

Bear in mind, this is also the same clinic where their "financial services" reps do not take any notes of calls and conversations, they just keep calling you over and over until they get a payment from you.

That's actually been happening to me, this weekend actually -- different type of creditor, tho. I made payment arrangements this past Thursday with an agent and confirmed them with her supervisor (was a tad unorthodox, but allowable). Also working on them reversing a couple of auto-payments that I had told them NOT to do (which is a bad habit of theirs), causing me to incur fees that I'll have to get reversed. Friday, some very snippy, snide woman from there calls and bitches me out...So I wrote in to said Supervisor and told him to make sure she doesn't call me again ^_^...Saturday, someone more reasonable calls. I just asked him to check the notes entered into the system Thursday afternoon...He paused for a moment, then sorta went "Oh. Sorry about that." Problem solved. Hopefully. If I get anther call today, I may not be quite so nice.
