Semi-sighting: don't worry your workers weren't screwing up

After I post this I'm going to fill out the survey on the receipt.

I was out this morning getting some car work done when I stopped off at a fast food place for some late breakfast.

Now... I'm slow to order. When I got my coffee this morning I stood back and let 2 other customers go ahead of me cos I was still figuring out what I wanted. And even then it took me a few minutes.

So my visit to fast food place was no different.

W:: <greeting, asked me what I wanted>
Me: I don't know yet.

Me: *stares at menu*
W: *goes to the back to do more work*

Me: *finally makes up my mind and approaches counter*
DWM: <greeting> *calls back to tell them they have a customer*
Me: It takes me forever to decide what I want. They've already greeted me.


I hope DWM really doesn't punish them. I was all smiles for them cos I really didn't wait that long. And they greeted me when I first came in. It's not their fault I'm slow to figure out what I want.

and I made a point of saying that I'm slow to order a couple of times.

So I'll do a survey and give them all good scores.

update: survey done.

hmm. a spot for open comments: i put down that the food was tasty and fast.

wish i'd known there wasn't a separate section for offering suggestions for improvements. ... cos I'd have said "unicorns!" but o well.

i gave them smile faces at least.

I think i screwed up the survey. i confused hash browns with tater tots. o well. they were tasty. i at least clicked the radio buttons that said i was greeted promptly etc.




Maybe some unicorn burgers?
