Hi all!

Yup, still around.

OK, I was browsing the support forums for a certain (online) videogame. This genius was ranting that the company had blocked his access to the game and that "customer support insist that my account is not blocked but it is, I can't get in the game, they are brickwalling me, they say my account is fine, BLARGH BLARGH RAVE RANT EXCLAMATION MARKS".

Immediately a user (not even an admin) replied with an awesome suggestion that I paste as it was:
I think there was another guy that had this problem before. He said that the solution was to type your username and password in correctly, so you might want to try that.

By the way, the genius's reply was "Uh... right, cheers".
