My big complaint with Wally World express lanes is that they deem 20 items or less "express". Express shouldn't be more than 10.

ATTN: CUSTOMERS! DON'T F***ING WRITE CHECKS IN THE EXPRESS LANE!
Was in the 20 item or less "express lane" today at Wally World. One lady had some kind of trouble (don't know what it is). The lady behind her WROTE A F***ING CHECK!!!
DO NOT F***ING WRITE CHECKS IN THE EXPRESS LANE!!!! I was this close || to saying something, or making a disgusted production out of getting OUT of line. I would have, but about the time I looked over to the line next to me, someone pulled into it and started loading their stuff on the conveyor.
I got in the express lane for a reason!! It's supposed to be "express". The non-express lane next to me checked out TWO people before the express lane even finished ONE.
And to the companies that put new employees on the express lane: DON'T PUT NEW EMPLOYEES IN THE F***ING EXPRESS LANE!!!
If I owned an establishment like this, I would make it VERY easy to void a transaction, and I would make it where it would not be possible to process checks in the express lane -- on purpose. I know it might be considered bad customer service, but I'd do it. I'd lose a few customers, probably, but I think I'd make up for it in the number of customers who are appreciative of a QUICK express lane.
That is all.Last edited by mjr; 11-01-2014, 07:01 PM.Tags: None
