I'm on medical leave for 6 weeks, so don't have any SC, CoC, or MiM stories, but I did want to share what I saw at my doctor's office today when I went for my post-op visit.
I walk in (which is not easy when you've had foot surgery) and immediately sit down at the receptionist's desk. There is an older guy - like 70s maybe - in the chair immediately to my right. He is demanding to be seen ... not just demanding it, but cussing, swearing, and insulting the receptionist. As in .....
"It will only take 5 minutes!" "I know I don't have a GD appointment, but it will only take 5 GD minutes" "I drove 30 F**** miles to get here, I am NOT going to come back when you have a GD time open" "Listen to me, little lady, (oh hell no he didn't go THERE), it will only take 5 GD minutes!!" The office manager comes out, tells him to stop swearing, and he needs to give them some information. "Oh HELL NO! You have all my information!!!!!!!!!!" eleventy!!!!!!!!!!!
At this point, the office manager points out that they don't even know his name
And he's still swearing and insulting. She says "if you want to be seen, you will have to answer our questions" "I AIN'T GONNA ANSWER YOUR GD QUESTIONS!!!! YOU HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION!!!"
He stands up, declares to the entire waiting room "I DON'T have time for this!!!!!" He heads towards the door to the examining rooms. One of the other patients says "Sir, the door is over here. Sir! Sir!" He snarls at her "I'm going out the back door F** it!"
Well okay then. While the rest of us were waiting for our appointment times, and I admit we were laughing about this guy, I found out that this man had been a walk-in. Wait, what???? :record scratch: You come to a medical office, where there is clearly a schedule of appointments (and I might add, at least 10 people waiting to be seen), without an appointment, supposedly drove 30 miles to get there, ... and you act like that????
I can't even.

I did clean my bathtub today, 9 days of taking baths makes it gross
Not to worry though, I did the cleaning while sitting on the edge of the tub.
So I'm searching the internet (with my foot up!), but at some point I'm going to actually have to go look at places. And I do need to start packing, so my plan is pack one box, sit down for 1-1/2 hours, pack another box. Fortunately, I don't have that much stuff, so I can spread the packing out, but it still has to be done.
