I overheard two manager-level coworkers talking about a particularly irate customer who called in a complaint.
She apparently openly admitted to being "selfish" and that when she came in to pick up her SFS/pickup from store order, she did not want to wait behind someone with 12 items to return at the customer service desk to get the ball rolling on her order pickup.
In a way she's right, but the thing is, this is JANUARY. We have barely any hours for anything. We're supposed to have a designated person for this purpose but it's just not happening right now.
But still she expects to roll in, get stuff, and roll out.
If you want that, you're better off at Hellmart...
