Dang it, now I want to go out and buy another pair of comfy shoes. But I can't since I have way too many pairs of shoes as it is and I need to get rid of half of them.

Get rid of half + one and then you'll need to buy another pair

There was a girl I used to see in Store1 who always wore really pointy high heels, and one day I saw her in sandals, and her feet were bright red. It just looked painful.

I had to break in my latest pair of Nikes. They're actually about 1/4 size too small. I wear halfway between an 8 1/2 and a 9, and these are an 8 1/2. But they're leather, so after a couple days of wear, they stretched out quite nicely. Other than some very minor pinching, they've always felt great.

I won't even consider buying shoes that don't feel nice when I try them on. I like having a straight back too much.
