Sighted: Truly SUCKY Doctor's Office Staff (A rant with bad/colorful language)

Note: This is a RANT! Written as if I were speaking to the office staff at my kids' doctor's office.



I told you guys MONTHS ago that I couldn't get my kid's immunization record! Every time I'd bring in another of my kids I'd remind you that this one didn't have a record and that I couldn't get it! You guys kept telling me, "That's ok. We'll get everything done when you bring her in for her check-up."

NOT ONCE did you tell me to get her shots up to date before bringing her in. NOT ONCE did you guys tell me where I could go to get it done, since they're on Medicaid and I have no money to go to the clinic. NOT ONCE did you give me any information on additional ways to get the shot record!

SO WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM???? I brought my kid in for her appointment, which YOU SCHEDULED KNOWING THAT I COULDN'T GET HER RECORDS, only to be told that I had just WASTED MY TIME AND GAS! I don't have that kind of money to waste! WHAT THE FUCKING HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS???

You couldn't tell me about this shit BEFORE NOW??? WHAT THE HELL!

Now I have to waste more time trying to get her records, which I've already tried several times to get, or I have to take her to the Health Department so that they can do YOUR FUCKING JOB!!!
