I can't speak for Motorolas, but I like Samsung because if you don't need a whole lot of features, you can get one for really cheap without sacrificing durability. Those things can take a beating.

If you have to ask, it's probably better posted at www.fratching.com

I have a Krazr personally-not through the company I work for(Bad Katt)-I had an LG for a bit didn't like it personally-swapped for the Motorola-I have heard alot of good things about most of the LGs-but the 5300 oy! On a side note if any of you are in my company's midwest area and called customer service you probably spoke to me or someone at my center-we handle about 70% of the customer service calls-YAY! You'd only get me if we're hella swamped, or you have a billing problem that needs research-and I normally send text messages
Honestly.... the image of that in my head made me go "AWESOME!"..... and then I remembered I am terribly strange.-Red dazes

And their top-end ones give huge performance for the price as well. I've got a Samsung A920, and the thing cost me significantly less than a Moto-RAZR, while giving me all the features of the RAZR V3x, their top-end model at the moment. Not only that, but it's one hell of a lot more durable, too.

I've had my crappy LG for 3 years now. I doesn't take pictures. I can't even get ring tones for it anymore and they don't make chargers for it anymore. LOL.

I'm debating going in and swapping for another free phone but I really want Verizon to carry the purple razor. *sigh* Purple. *drool*. Purple phone? *double drool*

I hardly ever use the camera in my k600, it's useful for snapping pics of notes and such. Don't have a ringtone.

Well they still have it on the Motorola site

They're quite nice, I managed to get one shipped over to the UK for my GFs birthday - she's another purple freak. Seems to be put together better than the original ones but the software suite is lacking compared to my Nokia, unless you shell out $20 or something for the full version

I've got a RAZR because it was hot pink. And it cost $25 after the rebate. I don't care about ring tones, I don't care about the camera, I don't really care about durability 'cause I'm really nice to my electronics.

Oh, and it's a whole lot better than the crappy freebie phone I got when I first signed up for cell service.

So it seems that both Motorola and LG rely on clientele that simply don't give a damn about what they get, as long as it's cheap and better than the crap they got for free.

Let's see... my phone is capable, way more than I actually want or need in a phone, and more than solid enough for the use I put it through.

Why on earth would I bother to get something more when I don't even use what I've got? That's just stupid.

For the record, as a cell phone industry person, I suggest www.phonescoop.com to all of my customers. It can compare phones for you and it has customer reviews on it. Fantastic website.

Wow, I sound like I work for those people or something. I don't, I promise

I love my Nokia 6800. Four years now, and after having dropped it on concrete and it breaking into components at least half a dozen times, it's dying. I am so unhappy.

I've had Nokias for years, and I've always been happy with them. I am NOT happy with ATT taking over Cingular as they carry only a few Nokias and nothing cool. I was love the new Communicator. Drooling now.
