Weird criminal of the week...

'Mr H...described as an 'oddball' who terrified female motorists by stepping in front of cars dressed in a gimp suit and writhing on the ground in front of them was sentenced for causing harassment,alarm or distress. Amongst the restrictions were a prohibition on wearing any leatherware or black all-in-one garments and from 'crawling,slithering or wriggling on the ground'..
