With non-SC's (like you) a little information goes a LONG way. He should have kept you informed.

Regardless of your tone asking about the basketball game, you had a reason to be ticked off.

He appeared to be ignoring you.

He should have told you exactly what was happening so you would know you weren't being ignored, and he should have been focusing his attention on you, not on the game. He's being paid to do his job, not watch TV.
