I heard this through another coworker as it happened on Wednesday and I don't work then.
For Intermural hockey, as with all Intermural sports, there is a set time you must arrive at in order to play. This is a well known fact. Wednesday evening, a guy on a team arrived too late, the IM staff wouldn't let him play with the rest of his team. Guy is pissed, goes to exit the building through the main entrance. Before leaving he decides to take out his frustration on the door, no the glass, with his hockey stick.
Needless to say, the glass broke, but luckily it was double-paned so only the inner glass broke. I was told the guy then ran like a gazelle. Amazingly the guy's teammates had no clue who he was, though they've been playing with him for five weeks at that point. The police were called and it's doubtful the guy won't be caught since he had to sign his name in order to play IM hockey in the first place.
