While yes, it probably wasn't the best thing to do, place your guys' selves in her shoes. That coworker sat back and watched her have an allergic reaction and could have possibly died, while the coworker told her to stop faking it.

I don't know about you, but I couldn't just ignore, or not hate someone that sat back and watched me puke my guts out and not be able to breathe.

Half of me wants to tell you that was over the top, but the other half of me is happy that you got her back for being a horrible waste of human being.

Oh, I don't think anyone is denying the woman was a heinous shrew.

What she did was absolutely horrible.

It's just that, sometimes, with acts of revenge, while they may feel great at the time, there can be repercussions, especially if the recipient is a vindictive harpie, and it sounds like this woman is that type.
Sometimes it's better to just walk away, rather than end up on the same level.
Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.

Or at the very least, make sure there's no way she can prove anything happened. Always check for cameras beforehand.

...not that I'm saying you should do anything, but you know, if you have to commit a crime, at least be smart about it...um...*cough*

Look over there, ice cream! *flees*

OK, where did that carp come from? Another Guindon fan?

The cops came. They found little old lady silver haired me sucking on my oxygen/nebulizer laying on my sofa in my business suit, did a double take and said naaaah, there had to be a mistake. I couldn't have done that. I neither admitted or denied it, just said Brandine was crazy and dramaesque. They agreed because of all the times she's called the law over stupid stuff. Point taken, won't do it again. They aren't going to be filing charges and I'm getting stronger tranks tomorrow plus switching to shaken iced tea lemonade.

Careful on the tranks. My mom took Xanax for 7 years and now has short-term memory issues.

I'm glad the cops decided to just let it be. You got your revenge and can now enjoy it. What luck!

Could sub a nice cup of iced tea? Can tea be made into a Slurpee in the blender? What about jello? Can tea be made into jello? Would it taste good? Would anyone like to help me make a batch and try it?

Tea could be made into a Slurpee and certainly a jello, (Gelatine + tea, simple enough but adding milk into the situation could make things tricky) Hell, you could probably make Tea Sorbet. Plain, unsugared and unmilked tea would, for me, be quite bad, because of the natural bitterness of tea.

Green Tea is a flavor of ice cream and sorbet
I have found it at Central Market (HEB) and Whole Foods in the past.

I am glad that things played out ok in the end.

In the future (now that you have seen first hand) just imagine how it feels to throw the drink at the person . . .then smile take a sip and walk/ drive away knowing that you get to enjoy something you paid for.
If Brandine approaches you again in that manner document it . . .don't react . . . if it happens a couple of times then you have grounds for talking to the police about a possible harrasment/ stalking situation. Just don't provoke it or change your routine to make it happen.

                      Good work. Excellent work. Outstanding.

Way too few people get any comeuppance in their lives.
Excuse me, good sir paladin, can you direct me to your EVIL district?

Yes, it was terrible for you to do that.

                        You rock.

Some people need to live in fear that someone will launch a frozen frap at their heads. It might improve their behavior a little bit, and by default, the quality of life for the rest of us.

So, crazy people armed with frozen drinks and poor impulse control, it's in your hands to make the world a better place for all of us.

Good work getting that into the window, BTW. Thats' what I'd call "perfect pitch."

you know... no matter if we agree or disagree with her actions... it's pretty true that medication can do a lot to you, to the point where it's really not your fault.

I would think it could be done, just use really strong cooled tea (with desired sugar added and dissolved well) instead of the cold water. Similar to how they make coffee jello (YUM), I would imagine. With coffee jello, you usually pour cream over it when served. I'd imagine one could do the same with this.
