Coming from Australia, especially south australia where you almost never see guns, I found it really bizzare when I was shopping with my dad in Arizona and saw 3 people wearing guns, I vaguely remember asking my dad why they needed to take a gun shopping, he answered with some smart ass remark about rampaging food.

That being said, he also bought me a rifle when I got to the US, took me shooting several times a week and drilled in to me gun safety, most of which was from the military.

When I see someone carrying heat I just treat and perceive them just like any other stranger: As long as whatever they're doing doesn't hurt me or my family in any way, shape, or form then I don't even care. There's too many thing to worry about in today's world anyway.

You resurrect a thread that hasn't been posted in in 4 months, just to criticize what someone said? Tollbaby's Canadian. Getting a gun here is insanely difficult, and if she doesn't want to visit a place where they're common, that's fine. Next time, just leave it lay, okay?
