So I asked the coffee pot, and it just stared at my like I was crazy! I must say, I really question your hiring practices if you believe idiots like these provide any kind of customer service! Now what are you going to do to compensate me for this horrible experience?
Corporate CSR: Uh... Well, ma'am, I don't--
ScL: Shut up, you! I'm talking to the phone!

The very, VERY sad part is - if her corporate is like most grocery chains/retail corporate, if she did call them, they probably gave her freebies.
