I've been a customer of RealArcade for about eight, nine years. I was urged by RealArcade to update to their new version for about six months. It will bring good luck into your life, and heal the sick! I was told.
So, I recently updated my RealArcade software. And I have been unable to use my credits to purchase new games since updating. I went to the "Tech problems" page, and stupidly dialed the number for "Stupid customers wanting Tech solutions from the clueless", which RealArcade calls Tech Support. After waiting for ages for a human to answer; I got a "Tech" support person. Who didn't speak English. Now, I'm a bit of a polyglot, Norweigien, German, French and English. The "Tech" I was in contact with spoke NONE of those langauges. I suspect that he/she spoke no known languages at ALL! I explained my "Tech" problem to the non-English speaking person, who responded with "Bizz, bith, BIZZZZTH and then re-install, Bizzth." "Pardon?" "Bizz, bith, BIZZZZTH and then re-install, Bizzth."
WTF? Do I bizz, then bith; and go for a big BIZZZth before or after the reinstall? State your intentions, you Bizzzzth Bizz Bith!
