I went with a friend to the new cinema thats opened up locally tonight and a load of pre-teens were in. A big group of them, which can mean nonsense is set to happen. The film was The Dark Knight, which while amazing is a long film. Well, they basically spoke the whole way through. I only knew this from other people's reactions to them (I have selective hearing in public I think lol). This included a woman in my row turning around and asking them why they bothered coming when all they were doing was spoiling the film for other people. So after a few complaints from 2 or 3 people the manager comes in to remove them. They all leave and everyone enjoys the rest of the film.
Now what I don't understand is that there must be cheaper places to go to just cause trouble. When you take into account the ticket price (at least £5), the price of drinks and popcorn they can't have spent much less than £10. Now as they were kicked out, there's no way they'd get their money back. Seems like a big fail on their part.
