The fact that this is allowed in what's supposed to be one of the most advanced countries in the word is just downright scary and appalling.

Besides the fact that a lot of kids are more brazen (in stealing and everything) and the violence in schools from students and what you described, I can now see why a lot of parents are opting to choose home schooling.
