  • Cart Return / Handicap Loading Area

Yeah. from the title you can probably figure out what I'm talking about.

On the way in to the wine store, I saw that most of the customers had decided that the loading area between the two handicap spots was the cart-return area.

I kinda blame both them and the store. Really they should at least put in a real cart-return for the lot... though I always make a point of returning my cart properly.

Yeesh. Jerkwad lazy people. Get their carts as far as the loading zone and just stop... like it's going to break their lazy backs to walk 10 more feet to get the cart inside the store.

As an old guy who needs a walker, and has a hang-tag for handicapped parking, I agree in principle ... and yet I'm very glad when I find a cart (ONE cart) parked between or in front of the handicapped spaces. That means I don't have to beg an employee to bring me one (IF there's an employee), or wait till I can get one from an exiting shopper, or park way our next to the cart corral.
