Well... not really a sighting, just what Mom told me yesterday about taking her computer in to be fixed at Best Buys where she bought it.
Well it turns out there's a good thing about saving everything....When Mom checked the computer in, she handed him the folder that had come with the computer. The man working the tech support counter, looked at the folder and gave a sigh of relief.
Tech: That's what I love about people your age. You leave everything where we put it.
Now granted they don't know what's wrong with it yet, but hopefully it'll be the hard drive and not a virus, cos the lappy is still under warranty.
But at least the tech had one customer who might not know a lot about computers, at least knows how to make the job a little easier.
